			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jeg har altid en hulens masse projekter i hovedet, og er ikke bleg for at kaste mig ud i noget nyt. </p>
<p>Efter en omrokering i soveværelset var der puldselig lidt ekstra plads, min ide var at finde en gammel stol og gøre den til min egen. Min venindes mor stillede en gammel en af slagsen til rådighed og med lidt knofedt, maling og stof fik jeg en stol præcis som jeg ville have den. </p>

<p>Mit gamle tvmøbel er blevet forvandlet til en reol med koprint.</p>

<p>En kedelig væg i gangen dekoreret med et par hjemmelavede billeder.</p>

<p>Da mulighederne i mit hjem er få er det også gået ud over min venindes køkken, der fik den helt store omgang med nyt tapet, nedrivning af overskabe, maling af skabe, nyslebet bordplade, mosaik og nyt gulv. Med lidt telefonrådgivning fra håndværkere far og Google blev det et super godt resultat.</p>
<p>Efterfølgende blev det en ny håndvask, nyt spejl, nye fliser og tapet på hendes badeværelse.</p>
<p>Og sidst men ikke mindst blev min venindes have forvandlet til en smuk lille københavnerhave.</p>

<p>Det er første gang jeg sådan rigtig har forsøgt mig på lagkagefronten, og heldigvis blev den ganske vellykket og velsmagende.</p>

<p>Jeg brugte:</p>
<ul>
<li>5 chokolade lagkagebunde</li>
<li>1. L piskefløde</li>
<li>mørk smelte chokolade</li>
<li>Fondant</li>
<li>14 flødeboller</li>
<li>En håndfuld friske hindbær</li>
<li>Daim chokolade</li>
<li>Pynt</li>
<li>1 spsk flormelis</li>
</ul>
<p>Jeg gjorde:</p>
<p>Chokoladecreme: Ca. halvdelen af piskefløde koges op i en gryde (pas på det ikke brænder på). Når fløden koger tilsættes ca. 100gram chokolade og blandingen koges op igen, til chokoladen er helt smeltet. Blandingen bør stå i køleskabet natten over. Dagen efter piskes massen stiv. Det gik lidt for hurtigt med at piske det stift, så jeg tilsatte lidt ekstra flødeskum for igen at gøre den mere luftig. Til sidst rørte jeg knust daim i cremen, for at få lidt ekstra knas i kagen.</p>
<p>Hindbærcreme: Put hindbær og flormelis i en skål og mos det sammen med en gaffel. I en anden skål piskes fløden til flødeskum. Rør derefter flødeskummen i hindbærmassen, lidt efter lidt.</p>

<p>Læg en lagkagebund og smør den med halvdelen af ckokoladecremen og afslut med at ligge en bund på. Tag nu flødebollerne og fjern kiksebunden på dem først, herefter masses de ud over lagkagebunden. Når flødebollerne er fordelt ligges endnu en bund på og næste lag i kagen er hindbærcremen. Man kunne godt stoppe her, men jeg tilføjede endnu et lag af chokoladecremen.</p>
<p>Resterne af cremen smøres hele vejen rundt om kagen samt på toppen, i et tyndt lag. Det skal være helt glat.</p>
<p>Rul fondanten ud i en stor cirkel og læg den forsigtigt over kagen. Det overskydende fondant skæres fra og kagen pyntes som man ønsker&#8230;</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jeg er normalt slet ikke fan af flæskesteg, men for nyligt da jeg var hjemme i Jylland serverede min venindes mor, en super lækker en af slagsen &#8211; italiensk! Det er en super lækker måde at lave flæskesteg på, og heldigvis meget anderledes end den flæskesteg jeg kender. Jeg har desværre endnu ikke været i stand til at finde hendes opskrift, men en hurtig Google søgning byder på mange gode bud. Jeg vil helt klart anbefale alle at prøve det.</p>
<p>Til flæskestegen havde hun lavet en dejlig italiensk brødsalat og ovnbagte rødbeder med fløde og hvidløg. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jeg har været stille længe, men nu er jeg tilbage.</p>
<p>Det danske sommervejr har virkelig ikke været særlig spændende og inspirerende, og derfor stak jeg af fra kolde Danmark til små 45 grader i Tyrkiet.</p>
<p>Jeg har aldrig før været i Tyrkiet, men det er bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg tager dertil. Maden i Tyrkiet er fantastisk og jeg er slet ikke i tvivl om at jeg kunne spise mig vældig tyk i Baklava.</p>
<p>Vi fik enormt lækker mad på alle restauranterne og endda til ingen penge, cirka 150kr pr mand for mad og vin.</p>
<p>På alle menukort kunne man finde flere former for Osmanisk gryde. En helt vild lækker gryderet serveret i glohede lerskåle, med ild under, og endda også i en kylling version.</p>
<p>Jeg har ikke kunne finde nogle opskrifter på nettet der minder om hvad jeg fik serveret, så i aften prøver jeg selv at bikse noget sammen der kunne minde om det. Osmanisk kryderi er tilsyneladende den vigtigste ingrediens og heldigvis fik jeg købt en masse med hjem.</p>

<p>Jeg brugte:</p>
<p>Bollerne</p>
<ul>
<li>700gr hakket svinekød</li>
<li>1 revet løg</li>
<li>1 lille revet grønt æble</li>
<li>mælk</li>
<li>3-4 spsk. mel</li>
<li>salt, peber og paprika</li>
<li>1 bouillon terning</li>
</ul>
<p>Rør kød, løg, æble, mel, paprika, salt og peber sammen. Tilsæt mælk til du opnår en passende fast konsistens. Farsen må ikke være for våd da bollerne skal kunne formes. Bring en stor gryde vand i kog og tilsæt bouillon terningen. Form farsen i den ønskede størrelse, og put dem i det kogende vand. Bollerne må ikke koges i flere lag, så afhængig af din gryde kan det være nødvendigt at koge over flere omgange. Bollerne skal have ca 10 min. Når bollerne er kogt tages de op af vandet.</p>
<p>Sovs:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 lille fint hakket løg</li>
<li>4 spsk karry</li>
<li>1 spsk gurkemeje</li>
<li>25gr smør</li>
<li>mælk</li>
<li>mel</li>
<li>kogevandet fra bollerne</li>
</ul>
<p>Smelt smøret i en gryde, tilsæt løg og svits det uden løget bliver brunt. Sku ned til middel varme og tilsæt karry og gurkemeje og rør rundt ca 1 minut. Drys melet ud over og rør rundt til massen er godt blandet og helt tør. Tag lidt af kogevandet (det skal helst lige igennem en si først) og tilsæt i massen under konstant omrøring. rør rundt indtil klumperne er væk. Tilsæt lidt mere af kogevandet og lad sovsen koge op. Tilsæt mælk og eventuelt mere kogevand til du opnår den rette konsistens. Når sovsen er færdig blandes bollerne i sovsen. Færdig! Hvis du ønsker en lidt sødere sovs, kan du putte lidt brun farin i sovsen.</p>
<p>Chutney:</p>
<ul>
<li>1 stort æble skåret i tern</li>
<li>1 stor skrællet mango i tern</li>
<li>1,5 spsk æbleeddike</li>
<li>1 spsk honning</li>
<li>2 spsk sukker</li>
<li>1/2 rød chilli</li>
<li>lidt friskrevet ingefær</li>
<li>1 tsk karry</li>
</ul>
<p>Bring eddike, sukker og honning i kog i en gryde. Kog i ca 1o minutter til blandingen bliver klæbrig. Tilsæt resten og lad det koge ved svag varme i ca 3 kvarter. Jo længere tid jo tykkere blive den. Hvis du hælder din chutney på glas skal det være helt koldt inden du sætter låg på.</p>

		<description><![CDATA[I lørdags besøgte jeg Ristorante Italiano inde i Fiolstræde, rygterne siger at det var den første restaurant i Danmark der serverede Pizza. Ristorante Italiano er egentlig et ret hyggeligt sted og betjeningen ganske venlig. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I lørdags besøgte jeg Ristorante Italiano inde i Fiolstræde, rygterne siger at det var den første restaurant i Danmark der serverede Pizza. Ristorante Italiano er egentlig et ret hyggeligt sted og betjeningen ganske venlig. Der var live musik i form af to mænd med instrumenter og værten der sang et par sange. Det var faktisk meget hyggeligt med musikken, lige indtil en gæst mente at hun skulle synge med&#8230; Det var pinligt, lød hæsligt og det blev gentaget flere gange i løbet af aftenen.</p>
<p>Til forret kom der Antipasto misto Italiano og Scampi Italiano, på bordet. Begge dele yderst lækkert og kan klart anbefales. Tallerknerne var tømt, inden jeg nåede at tage et billede. </p>
<p>Jeg var denne aften i selskab med tømmermænd, så min hovedret bestod af pizza. Det var en virkelig god pizza og der er ingen tvivl om at de laver en utrolig god pizzabund. De andre fik pasta, fisk og pizza og alle var fuldt ud tilfredse.</p>
<p>Og så kan de tilsyneladende også servere en helt perfekt creme brulee.</p>
<p>Alt i alt en rigtig god aften med udemærket mad. Det er bestemt ikke sidste gang jeg kommer der. </p>

<p>Jeg er faktisk flov over at indrømme det, men til trods for at jeg flyttede hertil i 2008 så har jeg aldrig set Amalienborg slotsplads &#8211; før i aften!</p>
<p>Aftenens højdepunkt var dog  en udendørs forestilling i kunstindustrimuseets have. Det var Holbergs &#8216;Henrik og Pernille&#8217;, og den kan helt sikkert anbefales, når vejret altså tillader det. Husk dog at medbringe en pude til at sidde på.</p>
<p>Bonusinfo &#8211; du kan faktisk bestille en madkurv der kan nydes i haven inden forestillingen, eller blot medbringe din egen.</p>
